Le Salon Bleu

Salon Bleu is a dual purpose room. During most days, anyone can take a seat at the massive custom-made community table. Catch up with friends or meet new ones. The table seats 14 people during lunch. Salon bleu is also a formal meeting and dining space that can be reserved for a lunch meeting (2 days notice and a minimum of 10 people), or reserved any night of the week for a private event.

Designed from the ground up to provide a comfortable, intimate space for business events of any kind, Salon Bleu is equipped with wireless Internet, in-table power, and a 42″ plasma HD television with a direct video connection from the table. iPod docks and Bose wave systems are available at no charge so you can bring your own music, or we can choose the music for you.

Salon Bleu is designed specifically for private events, like a pharmaceutical dinner where sensitive material is discussed, or just a bunch of guys that want to watch The Masters. In high style.

In fact, your party can reserve the entire restaurant with only 15 people. Custom menu? No problem. Your own music? Yep. Selected beer and wine offerings? Easy. And, we now offer a full bar!  (Minimum charges apply. Call us for details).

This makes Salon Bleu the most accessible, custom private dining space we know of.

On Monday evenings, Salon Bleu is home to Marché Mondays, a unique dining experience offered on a night when most restaurants are closed. When the room is not in use for a meeting or event, Salon Bleu is open to the restaurant and available to anyone seeking a community dining experience.

Salon Bleu is available any time, with or without food service. We can provide food and bar service from our menu, the Fuel menu, or work with you to custom-tailor a culinary experience that will fulfill any desire.
