Marché is a creation of the Fuel Restaurant Group, owned by Eric Agren. Eric’s first restaurant, Fuel, has redefined fine dining in Central Maine and is often listed as one of the very best restaurants in the entire state.
Leading the menu development is Chef Molly Basile, with input from Fuel’s culinary team under Exec. Chef Justin Oliver. Adapting their array of ingredients and techniques to a faster-paced lunch palate, they’ve created a healthy and hearty menu of French classics and lunchtime favorites.
Second in charge of our kitchen is Andy Pulk. Andy is well versed in the lunch business, and strives for a consistent product that is of our high standard. He is always here with a smile and we warmly welcome him to our family.
The front of the house is managed by Kim Deschenes. Kim is also a welcome addition to our team here and across the street. You can find her by night at Fuel Restaurant as support staff.
